Mountain Maternity Pictures

Bastian is two weeks old now, and it’s crazy how much he’s grown in just two weeks. I look at him every day and find it incredible that just a few weeks ago, he was still inside me! I had no idea what he looked like, and I spent every day anxiously awaiting his arrival. Even though he came 8 days late, I never got around to sharing some of the maternity photos we took.

I definitely don’t miss being pregnant, but sometimes I miss being able to feel him kicking and moving around inside. It’s nice to finally have him earthside, but I still want to celebrate the fact that my body was able to grow a human being. I’ll never get to be pregnant with Bastian ever again, and so I’m grateful that we were able to get such amazing photos to celebrate that I was able to bring him into the world.
