I’m a sucker for a good deal. You know those people that buy ten packs of toilet paper because “it was on sale”? That’s me. I get blinded by good deals! I usually have restraint, but there are a few things I can’t pass up. One of those is bedding. Bedding is sooo expensive. So when I see a good deal on some cozy bedding, I jump on it. It’s impulsive. I have to.
I ordered this bedding from Shopko around the time that we were redecorating our Master Bedroom. Finding the right bedding has been hard since I got pregnant last year. I get hot sooo easily at night now. But Seth doesn’t. He says that I’m a “human heater” haha. It’s been harder than I’d expected to find bedding that was heavy enough for him, but wouldn’t make me sweaty. This comforter from the A&I collection is soft and light, but it’s heavy enough that we’re both happy.
Another thing I’m a sucker for? Candles. My house is filllllled with candles. If you don’t believe me, just ask Seth if I have a problem. Because I do. When the candle came in the mail with the comforter, he looked at me and just said, “Really?” As if we didn’t need another candle! We always need more candles. It came LAST WEEK and it’s already halfway gone. Oops.
One of Bastian’s favorite places to practice crawling is on our bed. (side note: please slow down, Bastian. You’re only 6 months old and don’t need to be crawling yet!) He definitely approved of the soft bedding!
