This may not be the case for everyone, but I know that I look at other bloggers and assume their life is always put together. Their bed is always made, they achieve their perfect body without ever working out, and their hair is always done. In reality, you only see the good parts of their days. You don’t see that their baby screamed the entire way to the airport to pick up their sister. You don’t see that the only reason they’re rocking braids is because their hair dried in the worst possible way and they had to search their car for a hair tie to fix it. You don’t see that they were too lazy to cook for the third day in a row, so they went to taco bell. Again.
We’re tired, and sweaty, and our baby isn’t always well behaved. And that’s okay! There’s beauty in every day, and its okay to embrace the mess and celebrate the everyday.
